Broadbased Communications is a marketing and communications office approximately 2400 sf. located in Jacksonville, Florida.  This job was a renovation to an existing space. The existing layout before renovation had many offices with large sidelights put in place to allowed natural light to enter further into the space.

After discussions with the client and knowing that her plan was to have a large collaborative open plan, we decided to salvage the side lights and incorporate them into a glass feature in the conference room.  By applying the sidelights to the conference room, frosting the glass and creating a glass corner , we were able to maintain privacy in the conference room and bring natural light in, also allowing a creative feature visible from outside the office and within.
