Located in St. Petersburg, Florida, Lake Maggiore is an apartment complex that was designed to embody a relaxed Florida living, keeping sustainability in mind. Large panes of glass and clerestory windows were used in the clubhouse and fitness spaces to allow natural light to flow seamlessly throughout. Low scaled lounge furnishings were centrally placed to allow individuals to flow freely to reach their destination. Whether it be the clubhouse, pool, movie lawn or fitness center, the openness of the spaces and the natural hues create a seamless visual interaction between exterior architectural elements and designed features inside.
