Hota Design Studio was contracted out to design a space for a new practice called Studio32 Orthodontics in Gainesville, Florida.  The client wanted a sophisticated look appealing to both adults and kids.  Challenges Hota Design faced were working with existing conditions and low ceiling heights.  Remodels always have challenges but Hota Design was able to create a patient ñ doctor flow that worked within the 2100 sf plan.  Incorporated into the design was a kids area near the front and an ìon deckî game room for teenagers to hang out while they wait to be seen.  Studio32 Orthodontics was a vision of the doctor and through collaboration with Hota Design Studio and Buffa Blanchet Interiors, her vision was made a reality.  The rendered images were ideas and concepts Hota Design came up with early in the design phases.
